500 Hour Service (500, 1500, 2500, 3500, 4500, 5500, 6500, 7500)

Check the coolant quality and level, check oil level, replace oil and filter, drain water separator and engine fuel filter, replace water separator fuel filter, replace fuel lubricity filter, check FEAD belt condition, check engine mounting bolts for tightness, check all hoses and condition, clean radiator.

1000 Hour Service (1000, 3000, 5000, 7000)

Check the coolant quality and level, check oil level, replace oil and filter, drain water separator and engine fuel filter, replace water separator fuel filter, replace fuel lubricity filter, check FEAD belt condition, check engine mounting bolts for tightness, check all hoses and condition, clean radiator, replace air cleaner outer element, replace engine fuel filter.

2000 Hour Service (2000, 4000, 6000, 8000)

Check the coolant quality and level, check oil level, replace oil and filter, drain water separator and engine fuel filter, replace water separator fuel filter, replace fuel lubricity filter, check FEAD belt condition, check engine mounting bolts for tightness, check all hoses and condition, clean radiator, replace air cleaner outer element, replace engine fuel filter, clean ccv breather gauze, check/adjust valve clearances, check oil filler and dipstick seals, replace rocker cover and injector seals.”
